Avalon Sidra Bajo is a non alcoholic cider from Asturias, Spain, with less than 0.5 % ABV. Made by Trabanco, it is blended from sweet, bitter and sour apple varieties grown in their own orchards. The juice is fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in large chestnut casks using traditional sidra (cider) methods preserved over centuries. It is semi-dry with low added sugar.
